If you’re like me, there’s a good chance you’re always on the lookout for new, innovative ways to become more organized and productive. When I first heard that Michael Hyatt created the Full Focus Planner, I knew I had to give it a try. This is by far the Best planner for Organization and Productivity Achievement!
As a business coach and executive leader, I am always taking notes. Diagrams, marketing outlines, and seminar notes. Biblical and spiritual thoughts. Leadership tips, family plans, and to-do lists.
Summary: I have not been successful in utilizing other methods until I adapted to the methodology the Full Focus Planner offers me. Now, I am consistently achieving goals, creating a balanced life style, and remaining focused on the Top 3 things I have to do each day.
What stood out about the Full Focus Planner, however, is that it’s more than a traditional planner with blank pages —it has an actual strategy and methodology behind every page.
What Michael Hyatt Says About the Full Focus Planner
I’ve personally used and tested dozens of planners. None of them met my expectations or standards.
As a result, my team and I have been working for months on a planner that combines my proven goal-setting process with my daily productivity system. It’s the missing link that ties your daily tasks to your yearly goals, so you’re continually making progress.
I said, “Let’s take the frameworks from our goal-setting course, 5 Days to Your Best Year Ever™, and our Free to Focus™ productivity methodology and combine them.” Over 30,000 people are already using these two systems to accomplish more than they previously imagined. Now there’s a single tool that fuses them together and multiplies your effectiveness.
This approach is how I work, day by day, week by week, and quarter by quarter. My new Full Focus Planner connects the dots and lets anyone put this approach to work for them. It’s like an insurance plan for achieving your goals. Micahel Hyatt
Why the Full Focus Planner is my Planner of Choice
My biggest pet peeve when it comes to productivity tools is that they just throw a whole host of hashtags, filters, templates, reports, along the whole kitchen sink your direction. This leaves you to devise your own method for actually becoming organized and productive.
The Full Focus Planner changes the game and is a far cry from that approach.
Unlike so many other productivity “tools,” there’s a practical system woven throughout the Full Focus Planner for you to take advantage of. What is even better? The Michael Hyatt Team has put together a robust tutorial library to teach you how to adapt its methodology for your workflow.
The Story Behind the Full Focus Planner
The Full Focus Planner is my Weekly Roadmap
Previous notebooks and planners contained only appointments scheduled with my customers and team members. The Full Focus Planner gave me a different way of utilizing a schedule that I had never before considered.
While I do add my critical appointments to the planner, I use this planner as a roadmap for everything to accomplish that day and week. This method creates accountability that leaders, including myself, need more of.
In other words, I allocate specific time chunks each day for my “big three” to ensure, not only that I’m focusing on key projects, but planning as to when and for how long each of them should take.
It’s rare that a project ever takes precisely as long as I expected. Having a written plan has proven endlessly helpful when prioritizing projects.
My Conclusion of the Full Focus Planner as The Best Planner for Organization and Productivity Achievement
The Full Focus Planner enables me to keep my real purpose of working in front and center of my day. This planner is simply the Best planner for organization and productivity achievement in all areas of your life.
Remember: God has a plan for all of us … Including You! We must become intentional in pursuing Christ in the marketplace. The Full Focus Planner has enabled me to do just that.
